晚上看了新闻，南京将要禁止助力车上路，有牌的逐步淘汰，没牌照的禁止上路，逮着罚款200RMB.

其实之前也”不给”上路，罚款20一次. 但是新车卖的红红火火,新牌照却不允许办理, 想要牌照只能去市场上花5000多买一个.我一直没有办理,与不合理作斗争呵呵……

现在看来没办法了,一次200块哦…初步准备买个轻摩,牌照也才3000-5000左右.
